Profile

Uwe Komm joined the BM Partner Group in 2004. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax advice to medium-sized and internationally active companies.

He is particularly specialized in structuring business activities of foreign companies in Germany, especially with regard to the secondment and deployment of employees. He also specialises in succession planning and business management issues.

Uwe Komm is well versed in dealing with the fiscal authorities based on his education at the Advanced Financial College.

He represents our clients in negotiations and proceedings in all tax instance.
